2005 Federation Champion Credits No Secrets Book
« Thread Started on Oct 20, 2005, 9:09pm »

2005 Michigan BASS Chapter Federation State Champion Dan Posey credits Wayne Carpenter and his book No Secrets on Lake St. Clair Volume 1 as being a key to his victory.

Says Wayne, "He (Dan Posey) came up to me after the event to thank me for the help he received from No Secrets Volume 1."

Here's what 2005 State Champion Dan had to say:

"This was my second time fishing the Michigan B.A.S.S. Federation Tournament on Lake St. Clair. The previous two times I did not pre-fish very much because I was a non-boater. The only spots that I knew were in Lake Erie and the Detroit River and for the 2005 State Tournament, those places were off limits. I was in desperate need of information on Lake St. Clair and was looking everywhere.

I went to the Grand Rapids boat show and was looking around when I came across your booth and started reading some of your books about fishing Lake St. Clair. It was just what I needed. It had: GPS coordinates, location, pictures, techniques, boat positioning, strategies, lure presentations, what colors to use and seasonal info. That was when I purchased volume one of No Secrets on Lake St. Clair, along with some jig heads and some tubes."

"I started reading your book in March and studied it right up until September. I feel that reading your book and spending time on the water was the key to me winning the 2005 B.A.S.S. Federation State Championship.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks," Dan Posey

I too can personally vouch for the usefulness of this kind of great information, services and products. I use them heavily. If you use them, they can help make you a champion too.
