I got this hot off the press from Russ at BBT. BBT and NBAA are teaming up to bring this hot event to the Grand River on July 9, 2005. The Grand River Charity tournament is no longer, so Russ and Jim thought anglers would like a great option. Info: [shadow=red,left,300]MICHIGAN SUPER BASS[/shadow]Big Bucks Super Team Event Saturday, July 9, 2005 $10,000 1st Place payout based on 100 paid entries $250.00 Entry Fee Limited to the first 150 entries Check the above web sites for more information later I have confirmed that this is a 5-bass per 2-man team limit and will be launching out of Riverside Park in Eastmanville

Unfortunately - same day as the BFL on the DTW River, and the ABA out on LSC - not sure which way I am going yet, but ... even though the 10k is enticing, long way to go to compete with the local knowlege over there.

I completely understand that but I figure the west side guys will be interested for sure. They have their own specialists over there just like we have on the east side. It is tempting though. Someone will probably win it.
I'm just glad to see more bigger money tournaments happening.
