I am trying to get the correct location of the DNR ramp on the south side of Skegemog. From m-72 you take Baggs Rd. north. Then do you follow that to the left to get to the ramp that will be on your right, or do you make a right turn off of Baggs to get to the ramp on your left? I've seen maps with ramps at both locations, but I am not sure which is correct. I need the DNR ramp. Thanks!

Baggs Rd curves to the left at the bottom of the long hill. Follow the curve to the left and the ramp will be on your right a short way down the road. Watch for the sign and go slow. It sneaks up on you because of all the trees and shrubs.

i'll help you out with some GPS spots, "ronhuntfish", but you better attach a donwrigger or two to the back of your Triton, its hard to drag tubes in 200 feet of water!! ;D

200 feet? That's where the hogs are! Maybe i will just tie a rope from my boat to yours. Mr. 4th place, since I'm right behind you any way.

unfortunately Mr 4th place can easily slip back to "out-of-contention Mr. 11th place" in a hurry.. Elk/Torch will be a big season making tournament, i think...
