LOST HAVEN CAMPGROUND 5300 TOWNHALL RD BEAVERTON MI 48612 989-435-7623 BILL & LOUISE WELDON
Not too far from the lake. Easy to access sites (big oval) and not real expensive. The only times it can be a pain is early and late dodging all the deer on the backroads or after really big recent rains, part of the campground gets real wet. There are higher sites if you can get them. It's usually not very busy.

The next day there is one on Mecosta, too. For a dollar, I'll let you stay in my garage. I live about 15 minutes from Mecosta and hope to fish Wixom and Mecosta both that weekend. Anyone who wants to can stay at my house (Poorboy gets the garage, everyone else gets the barn). Ya know, bonfire, grill, fish stories, etc.
I don't think I will make it to this weekends ABA though. There is another open on Lake Isabella, which is over 100 miles closer, and there are fish there.
Does anyone have a contact for Lansing River Rats bass club? If yes, let me have it, don't just say yes.

The one I can think of off the top of my mind is Roger Dreysse, but his number is apparently unlisted. I've never had it. His son Todd works at Wonderland Marine West last I knew. Maybe you could call there and ask Todd for Roger's number.
I can't think of the last name of any of the other guys right now.
