i just got off the phone with my real estate agent. she is looking for a lake front home for me on Ponemah. after the success we had yesterday i am selling everything except my boat and moving on the lake. i will not be fishing st clair, erie, kent, cass, or any other lake other than Ponemah for the rest of my life. i love that lake. As long as there continues to be that gentle 40 mph breeze, and the air temp remains around 38.5 degrees, it should continue to be a dynamite lake. Just watch out for big hairy beavers. You better keep your PoooLann handy.

the only thing i had to look foward to on the way in from ponemah was the chance to win a BassDigest magazine, and for the first time in 2 years, there were none given away. i must say i was very disappointed. i was forced to read an older copy of the same issue once again. What's wrong with Ponemah?? ;D
Poorboy am I detecting a hint of sarcasm?
I must agree, although i have done pretty well there before. Best day on that lake i found a school of Smallies on top water.
Don't let it get the best of you!!!

Sarcasm??!!!
You will never find a member of Team McCheeSmith being sarcastic. We are all very upstanding, well respected individuals who realize there is no place for that kind of monkey business in the fishing world. And besides, Dan would never allow us to be sarcastic on his web site.
