Skunked. I threw everything I had at them and came up empty. There were 6 boats out there and everyone caught the same thing. Water temp was 54 degrees and I wasnt marking anything in less than 15 FOW. At the end, I was tempted to toss in my tackle box and see if maybe one would swim in.

I haven't tried that one yet BPACH. That might work. My friend has a club tournament out there tomorrow and he says he hammering 3 pound smallies deep on blade baits (15 to 30 feet). I'll know a little later in the week if his luck changed or not. I'm supposed to meet him up there next weekend, so I told him to get on them GOOD. I think Hardy could be a challenging lake to learn. I have the good fortune of having a 'local' to guide me around. I'm looking forward to it. We may still be throwing the blade baits next weekend, but some fish will start moving shallow in numbers if it stays warm.

I think I may go Tuesday. I definitely hope to go Sunday. If I go Tuesday, I'll post a report Wednesday. It's just a few minutes away from home, so I hope to get there a few times now that the honey dos are done enough to escape a few times.

Good luck Eric.
Still a bunch of bass deep. My friend won his club tournament this weekend with 18-5 (catch-weigh-and-release). Says he caught 5 limits deep.
cameraguy and I are heading out with him this Saturday. We'll start deep and work our way shallow because they will probably be moving by then with our warm weather.
I'll let you know how we do.
