Heard it was a good tournament with a lot of big bags. Anybody know who won, and with how much weight?

Don't know who won but he had just under 20lbs. Suprised to see that no one hit 20lbs, I thought it would take at least 21lbs. I had 18lbs, I never checked to see what I finished all I know is I was just out of the money. They paid 8 places.

Thanks. Buddy of mine had 17 and some change and he finished 12th. Weather must have been good and calm. I wish I was there, that is a good tournament.
Paid 8 spots, around 50 boats?

There were 56 boats, and 2 that I know didn't make it in. The weather was ok, there was a 1-2 foot chop all day long that made sight fishing a little more difficult. I caught all of my good fish during the few sunny hours we had. It could have been a lot worse.

Great catch Matt! It's a little frustrating maybe for some to get such a good weight, but miss the money, but that's a big positive to bring a quality bag in like that.
I ran in to one of the Top Bass guys on Houghton who said he forgot to set his alarm and didn't get up in time to make the Bay, so he came over the Houghton. BIGGER bass on the bay.
