Dang, I wish they didn't plan these things on Sundays. Us church folk have plans on Sundays and since I'm the pastor, it's hard for me to take a day off. Oh well, enough complaining. Wish I could be there! Good luck to all.

Rev - do you have an assistant pastor? Maybe you could call in sick? Or take the late sermon?
It's always interesting this time of year. I've been in them when it was fairly balmy (not often) and in blizzard whiteouts (thankfully, not often for that either). Never a dull moment.

Oh, how I wish I could take the day off. Unfortunatley we're a small church and my associate pastor is also the Kid's Pastor and has to run his own program Sunday which makes it hard for him to fill in for me. Maybe with a little more lead time next year I could do it. Have a great time. I might fish the Kent Lake tourney if it's not on Sunday.

I hope to be fishing. Haven't been to Cass this year at all until Saturday for a few hours in the afternoon. I caught about a dozen bass, but I'm not sure any were keepers. Lackluster and making me feel like I may be a donater if I fish.
My regular fall partner bailed on me, but someone else jumped in to fill the 'slot' for Last Chance partner.
I'm just wondering if he wants to be a partner if we are just donaters??? Let's say I'm 80% sure I'm fishing at the moment.
(On a great note, I saw more minnows in several huge schools than I've seen in 5 or 6 years on Cass - the bass should be getting fatter.)
