Was doing some research.
What else can be done right now eh?
One place made a reference that sounded like Mizmo tubes were remarketed by other companies that put their names on them.
True? If so, does anybody know which ones?
Has anybody used their tubes? If so how good were they?
I've been using the tubes that I get form Wayne at Combat fishing. His 5 inch purple and gold was my favorite and most successful last summer.
Are there other companies that produce lures and tackle, that are then marketed under a different name?

I don't know of anyone that markets mizmo tubes other than mizmo. If you are talking about dipped tubes there are only a handful of manufacturs. There is one big plastics manufacturer down south that does the majority of the tubes out there, can't think of the name. ISG may also make there own but not sure. Berkley also makes tubes but they are all injection molded. I leared all of this trying to get some custom tubes a few years back, I ended up making my own and have been doing so ever since. It's something that makes the winter go faster.

There's only a handful of major tube bait makers. I don't have the corner on who all of them are. I believe Precision and Right Bite are two of them. Several people get their tubes from Right Bite and put their label on them. The difference is usually in custom colors the seller gets made and any specifics in requests for style they have the ability to get the manufacturer to incorporate in their labeled baits. Example: Wayne’s custom laminated tubes such as the St. Clair Goby, Fire Tiger and Great Lakes Craw in the 4 and 5 inch. This happens with a lot of outdoor products. Batteries are a great example. There seem to be less than 20 major battery makers, but a ton of brand names (EverStart, Sears Diehard, BPS XPS, Minnkota, etc.) that are relabeled. EverStart gets their batteries from several sources such as Johnson Control (Interstate) and Exide last I knew. If you like Interstate, you might like the EverStart Series made by them. There may be instances where the quality is different (maybe better, maybe worse) depending on what the seller requests. I use Deka batteries which are the brand directly from East Penn manufacturing – a major battery manufacturer. I don’t know about you anglers, but I kind of like to know who makes the products I buy to understand them as much as possible. The drive is lesser for simple things like plastic lures verses more complex things like batteries, trolling motors and boats. It can help to be an informed consumer. It can be time-consuming too. And of course, you have to find the truth among the ‘dock talk.’<br> I haven't tried Mizmo tubes since I get what I like and have confidence in from Wayne/Xtreme Bass Tackle. I haven't heard that they are into selling their tubes to others, but they may. I believe they make their own tubes too.

I ran into an enlightenment several years ago when I found which companies actually made compound bows. There were all these companies marketing bows, and in reality there were only about 3 manufacturers of limbs, and about the same when it came to limbs.
Sometimes the wise consumer can save money, and have just as good a product. Sometimes even better.
The next thing I think I'll research is fishing rods.....
